Design and Research & Development​

Raw Material Procurement and Inspection​

Purchase high-quality raw materials, such as special high-temperature alloys and ceramic materials.​

Carry out strict quality inspections on the raw materials to ensure that the materials meet the design requirements.​

Production and Processing​

Rough machining: Use precision machine tools to conduct preliminary cutting on the raw materials to form the basic shape of the bearing.​

Heat treatment: Conduct high-temperature heat treatment on the bearings to improve their hardness and wear resistance.​

Fine machining: Use high-precision machine tools to conduct fine processing on the bearings to ensure the accuracy of their dimensions and shapes.​

Surface treatment: Carry out treatments such as polishing and coating on the surface of the bearings to improve their corrosion resistance and lubricity.​

Assembly and Debugging
