Inspection Process​

  Raw Material Inspection​

  In the raw material procurement process, strict inspections are carried out on each batch of steel, ceramic materials, and other raw materials. Through means such as chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, and metallographic structure inspection, it is ensured that the quality of the raw materials meets the production requirements, and the product quality is controlled from the source. Only the raw materials that have passed the inspection will enter the production process.​

  Sampling Inspection during the Production Process​

  During the bearing production process, multiple quality inspection points are set up, and random sampling inspections are carried out on key processes such as turning, grinding, heat treatment, and assembly. High-precision measuring tools and inspection equipment are used to monitor parameters such as the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of products in real time. Once quality deviations are found, the production process will be adjusted immediately to prevent the production of defective products.​

  Full Inspection of Finished Products​

  Every completed bearing product must undergo a comprehensive inspection. In addition to reconfirming basic parameters such as dimensional accuracy, rotational flexibility, and clearance, special tests will also be carried out for the special properties of the products. For example, the high-temperature resistance of high-temperature bearings and the corrosion resistance of corrosion-resistant bearings will be tested. Only the products that pass all inspection items will be labeled as qualified and enter the finished product warehouse awaiting shipment.​
